- Marketing Effectiveness X-Ray: This is a confidential and comprehensive diagnostic tool that uncovers weaknesses in the pricing, marketing, and client prospect-closing process. A confidential report of findings with suggested solutions is presented.
- Confidential Surveys of Referral Sources: There is a high degree of possibility that your referral sources do not know how to position and make qualified referrals to you. - Red Zone Huddles: Participants convene periodically. Groups of three or four professionals, facilitated by a coach, present strategic planning, marketing, client servicing, and administrative or life balance challenges to the group. Group members offer their expertise and experience in attempts to resolve the challenges presented. This highly effective program is a great tool for professional and personal growth.

Many factors can contribute to your firm not realizing its potential. Two initiatives are available:
- Organizational X-Ray: This is a highly effective diagnostic tool that is a state-of-the-art SWOT analysis (Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/

Upon completion, we issue a confidential report summarizing our findings, and offering remedial strategies. - Confidential Owner and Staff Surveys: Our confidential system gathers candid, reliable opinions from selected personnel. Threats to profitability and reasons for excessive or key-person turnover are uncovered and defused.
